Case of 12
This Barossa Bianco is a single estate grown Chardonnay picked at optimum baume to express soft tannins with light peachy and melon fruit.
Owner Blair Hayden has applied his knowledge and passion of 30 years experience in the craft brewing industry to move into this single vineyard wine business.
By Barossian standards, some vines being almost 100 years old, this is a very old Vineyard, which required 3 years of care and dedication to restore the vines to vintage quality.
Shiraz, mataro, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay vines sit in 20 acres of a very special piece of ‘red dirt’, in other words soil of rich red alluvial soil tending to clay over limestone that help make these wines sensational!
